Q & A Authentication is used to validate your identity in case you forget your PIN and need to change it. To set up Q & A Authentication, you create answers to questions that only you can answer at a later date.

To get started, authenticate with your User ID and passcode.

Enter your Member ID and Passcode. A tokencode is the 6 digit number on the front of your LoginKey that changes every minute. A passcode is the combination of your PIN and the tokencode. When entering the passcode, always enter your PIN first, followed by the tokencode. Example: If your PIN is 1234 and your tokencode is 987654, your passcode is 1234987654

If this is your first time authenticating: You do not have a PIN yet so you cannot enter a passcode. To begin the process of setting your PIN, enter only the tokencode in the Passcode field on this page.
